Q.  What size collar do I buy?

A.  Please take a measurement of your pup’s neck where the collar will comfortably sit. Don’t make it too tight!  Add at least 1” for comfort.

Our collar measurements take into consideration the fact that for the best appearance you may not want to have the buckle going into the very last hole.

Q.  How do I keep my collar and lead clean?

A.  Your collar and lead are made from high quality leather that you would find in fine accessories. Care is simple – simply wipe with a soft cloth, or use leather care products that you have for your leather accessories.

The Letter and Art Buttons can be wiped with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use abrasives or chemicals!

Q.  Will my Letter and Art Buttons get scratched?

A.  Sometimes even the best of poochies like to scratch and roll around! Our Letter and Art Buttons are covered with a self-healing dome. Any small scratches or indentations will automatically disappear. Of course, if you have deep gouges then give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to replace your button.

Q.  Are the Letter and Art Buttons heavy?

A.  The buttons are very lightweight and made out of the same material as fighter jets to eliminate weight and provide durability.

Q.  Can I exchange a personalized product if it doesn’t fit?

A.  YES! Unlike other companies, our products are designed to be accessorized with interchangeable pet adornments. Of course, the returns must be in original condition and unused.
